Most of what's here is made by hand in small workshops and cooperatives, not on a factory line. Colors, patterns and sizes vary a little from piece to piece, so no two will be exactly alike. We think that's part of the gift.

Questions about ordering in bulk

Is there a minimum order?

No. Everything on this page has at least 20 in stock per option, so it's ready for groups of 20 or more. For smaller orders, you can check out like any other shopper.

Will every piece look exactly the same?

Close, but not identical. Most items are handmade, so color, pattern and size vary a little from piece to piece.

If exact matching matters, tell us in your request and we'll ask the maker. If mixed colors or styles are fine, say so and we can offer more options.

Can I order more than what's shown in stock?

Often, yes. Some makers can produce more with extra lead time. Tell us your quantity and date and we'll ask.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Some brands do. We'll ask on your behalf and include any discount in your quote.

How does payment work for orders from several brands?

We send one quote and one invoice for the whole order. Once it's paid, each brand ships its part.

How long does shipping take?

Brands ship in-stock items within 3 business days of your order. Orders from several brands arrive in separate packages. If you have a firm date, put it in your request.

Can you add our logo or custom packaging?

Some brands can add a logo, custom packaging or a note card. Tick it in your request and we'll check which makers can.

What's the return policy?

Every brand offers at least 30-day returns. Return shipping and any fees vary by brand, and we'll spell them out in your quote.

How do you know these brands are fair trade?

We vet every brand before it's listed, against fair trade standards: fair pay, safe working conditions, no forced or child labour, and freedom of association. Many also hold third-party certifications. How we vet brands
