Fair Trade Haitian Metal Sacred Heart Wall Art – 8" x 8"

This Fair Trade Haitian Metal Sacred Heart is handcrafted in Haiti from recycled steel oil drums. The dimensional center heart is surrounded by dramatic flame-like rays, with intricate patterns individually hammered and chiseled into the metal by hand.
Each purchase helps support Haitian artisans and their families by providing ongoing, fairly paid work. By working directly with artisans and continuing to place orders in Haiti, we help skilled metalworkers earn income from their craft while preserving a remarkable Haitian artistic tradition.
Each piece begins as a recycled steel oil drum and is transformed using simple hand tools. The artisan cuts, shapes, hammers, and embosses the steel to create the raised heart, decorative border, and radiating rays.
At 8" x 8", this meaningful piece is perfect for a gallery wall, collection of crosses and hearts, or as a thoughtful gift symbolizing love, faith, devotion, and hope
