Threaded Kantha Classic Strand

A fresh take on our Kantha Jewelry, the Threaded Kantha Collection features a colorful, textured wrap technique. The artisans first cut the repurposed Kantha fabric into long strips, wrap them with colorful cotton thread, and then cover round-shaped beads with the textured strips. The thread-wrapped beads are incredibly colorful, and separated by small traditional kantha beads to create the Threaded Kantha Classic Strand. This classic piece adds a delicate burst of color to any outfit and can easily be layered with other styles. Crafted from upcycled textiles, no two are exactly alike. Each piece will be slightly different as the fabrics are all repurposed, and the thread colors will vary. Sustainably handcrafted by women artisans in India.
