Starfish Project and Homeboy Industries joined forces to create the purpose-driven “Established in Hope” T-Shirt—a reminder that what we choose to wear can lift someone else up. Featuring the Starfish Project name, established in 2006, and our signature starfish icon, this design celebrates 20 years of transformation, resilience, and restored dignity. Screen printed in the United States by Homeboy Industries, it represents hope made tangible through skilled hands and second chances.

Designed in partnership to reflect both of our missions, it honors women rebuilding their lives after exploitation and individuals forging new paths after incarceration or gang involvement. Together, we celebrate courage, second chances, and the power of a fresh start.
