This 2-piece cutting board set offers essential functionality for daily kitchen tasks. Made in the USA from high-density fiber wood, these boards are constructed under high temperature and pressure for durability and safety. NSF certified, they are designed to be knife-friendly, resisting deep cut marks and protecting your blades. The nonporous surface prevents odor absorption and bacteria growth. A deep groove along the edge captures liquids and debris, keeping countertops clean. The solid fiber wood material resists warping and cracking, ensuring longevity. Each board features a built-in thumb hole for secure handling and convenient storage. Both sides of the boards can be utilized, allowing for separation of food types. The material is heat resistant up to 350°F and can serve as a trivet. These boards are maintenance-free and dishwasher safe. The set includes one medium board (10" x 13" x 1/4") suitable for meat preparation, and one small board (7" x 10" x 1/4") ideal for fruits, nuts, and cheese.
