No More Nobody sets out to make the women behind our clothes visible, working with reclaimed materials and women-led makers instead of faceless supply chains.

The story

Designer Silva Hrabar-Owens, who grew up in Eastern Europe, started No More Nobody as a rebellion against fast fashion and faceless supply chains. The label is based in London.

It works with women-led social enterprises and ethical makers, producing in small batches. Pieces are often named after the woman who helped make them, and the range uses reclaimed fabrics, organic cotton and linen, and recycled metals for jewelry.

No More Nobody says its team is paid fairly with chances for education and growth, and it says openly that it isn't yet fully circular. It doesn't hold a third-party fair trade certification. The Labour Movement vetted it against our fair trade standards before listing it.
