Its Moroccan partner workshop employs six people making Jubilee's leather goods, and a partnership in Kenya added four jobs in 2025. Jubilee also sources from artisan partners in Turkey and Asia.

At home, Jubilee employs local women, referred by community agencies, in its store and warehouse. It is a member of the Fair Trade Federation.
